Built like a real aloha shirt, printed like a fashion drop. Edge-to-edge sublimation on lightweight 100% woven polyester. The print is the fabric – no peel, no fade, no compromise.

The Good Stuff
- 🎨 No Cheap Surface Print – Sublimation is part of the fabric, not painted on top. The print won’t flake or wear off over time.
- 🧵 Soft-Hand Feel – Smooth woven finish that feels great against the skin – no scratchy, plastic-y sublimation feel.
- 👕 Roomy Through the Body – Generous chest and waist for comfort and easy layering. Tuck or untuck – both work.
- 🌺 Sublimated, Not Stuck-On – Each shirt runs through a heat press to bond ink directly into the fibers. The print is permanent.
Construction Details
- Adult Build: Lightweight 100% woven polyester at approximately 180g per garment. Relaxed Cuban collar fit with reinforced placket. Tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Kids/Youth Hawaiian Shirt: 100% woven polyester sublimation, ~140g – same Cuban collar cut as Adult, sized for Toddler 4 through Youth XL, tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Care: Machine wash max 45°C / 113°F. Do NOT bleach, do NOT iron directly on the design, do NOT dry clean. Inside-out wash recommended.
