This isn’t a stiff, scratchy souvenir tee. It’s a real Hawaiian button-up: moisture-wicking woven polyester, Cuban collar, short sleeves, and bold designs printed seam to seam.
📸 Mockup shows one size – the same all-over Hawaiian design is sublimated on every variant: Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL and Kids/Youth Toddler 4, Toddler 5, Youth XS–XL.

- 🎨 Vivid & Fade-Resistant – Heat-press sublimation bonds ink directly into the polyester fibers. Colors stay sharp wash after wash, no peeling, no cracking.
- 🧵 Smooth Print Surface – Tight-knit woven polyester is engineered for sublimation – no bleed, no halo, just clean prints with sharp edges.
- 👕 Simple Button Closure – Easy to style and layer. Wear buttoned up, half-open over a tee, or fully open as a layer over swimwear.
- 🌺 Sublimated, Not Stuck-On – Each shirt runs through a heat press to bond ink directly into the fibers. The print is permanent.
Materials & Fit
- Adult Hawaiian Shirt: 100% woven polyester sublimation, ~180g – Cuban collar, short sleeve, button closure, relaxed fit. Sizes S–6XL, tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Kids/Youth Build: Lightweight 100% woven polyester at approximately 140g per garment. Soft on small skin, breathable, and proportioned for growing bodies.
- Fit guidance: Hawaiian shirts are cut roomy for breeze and layering. If you’re between sizes or unsure, size up – they look better relaxed than tight.

Each Hawaiian Shirt is made to order – your design, your size, freshly sublimated when you place the order.
