- 🎨 Permanent Print – Dye sublimation bonds chemically with poly fibers, so the design literally is the fabric. Can’t flake, peel, or wear away.
- 🧵 Lightweight & Breathable – Stays cool and comfortable all day. Ideal for tropical climates, summer trips, or warm-weather BBQs.
- 👕 Simple Button Closure – Easy to style and layer. Wear buttoned up, half-open over a tee, or fully open as a layer over swimwear.
- 🌺 Sublimated, Not Stuck-On – Each shirt runs through a heat press to bond ink directly into the fibers. The print is permanent.
Build Specs
- Adult Hawaiian Shirt: 100% woven polyester sublimation, ~180g – Cuban collar, short sleeve, button closure, relaxed fit. Sizes S–6XL, tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Kids/Youth (Boys & Girls): 100% woven polyester sublimated at ~140g. Same Cuban collar shirt as Adult, scaled for ages 4 through teen.
- Note: Between sizes? Size up for the classic relaxed Hawaiian fit. Both Adult and Kids/Youth share the same all-over tropical design.
