- 🎨 Vivid & Fade-Resistant – Heat-press sublimation bonds ink directly into the polyester fibers. Colors stay sharp wash after wash, no peeling, no cracking.
- 🧵 Smooth Print Surface – Tight-knit woven polyester is engineered for sublimation – no bleed, no halo, just clean prints with sharp edges.
- 👕 True-to-Size Hawaiian Cut – Sizing is true to US standard. Manual measurement may vary 1–3 cm – when in doubt, size up for the relaxed look.
- 🌺 Eco-Aware Production – Made-to-order means no bulk overproduction. We only print what’s ordered – less waste, fresher product.
Material & Construction
- Adult Build: Lightweight 100% woven polyester at approximately 180g per garment. Relaxed Cuban collar fit with reinforced placket. Tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Kids/Youth Hawaiian Shirt: 100% woven polyester sublimation, ~140g – same Cuban collar cut as Adult, sized for Toddler 4 through Youth XL, tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Print care: machine wash cold to warm (max 45°C / 113°F), inside-out. No bleach, no direct iron contact with the design, no dry cleaning. Tumble low or hang dry.
