Custom Hawaiian Shirt – Adult & Kids/Youth Sizing
Built like a real aloha shirt, printed like a fashion drop. Edge-to-edge sublimation on lightweight 100% woven polyester. The print is the fabric – no peel, no fade, no compromise.
📸 Mockup shows one size – the same all-over Hawaiian design is sublimated on every variant: Adult S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL, 6XL and Kids/Youth Toddler 4, Toddler 5, Youth XS–XL.

- 🌺 Sublimated, Not Stuck-On – Each shirt runs through a heat press to bond ink directly into the fibers. The print is permanent.

- Adult Hawaiian Shirt: 100% woven polyester sublimation, ~180g – Cuban collar, short sleeve, button closure, relaxed fit. Sizes S–6XL, tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Kids/Youth Hawaiian Shirt: 100% woven polyester sublimation, ~140g – same Cuban collar cut as Adult, sized for Toddler 4 through Youth XL, tolerance ±1–3 cm.
- Print care: machine wash cold to warm (max 45°C / 113°F), inside-out. No bleach, no direct iron contact with the design, no dry cleaning. Tumble low or hang dry.
